1. Platform Nature

Safe is a technology platform designed to connect individuals seeking healthcare and caregiving services ("Patients" or "Families") with independent, verified healthcare professionals ("Providers"). Safe is not a healthcare provider, hospital, or employment agency. We do not provide medical advice or direct medical care.

2. User Responsibilities

For Providers: You represent and warrant that all licenses, certifications (e.g., NMC numbers), and experience listed on your profile are authentic, current, and valid. You operate as an independent contractor when accepting shifts.
For Patients: You agree to provide accurate medical descriptions and safe working environments for Providers. You are responsible for ensuring the Provider you select meets your specific care needs.
General Conduct: All users must interact respectfully. Any form of harassment, fraud, or violation of local laws will result in an immediate, permanent account ban.

3. Verification & Auditing

While Safe admin teams actively review and verify uploaded professional documents, we cannot guarantee the absolute truthfulness of all user-generated content. Safe reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate any account, and to securely review encrypted chat logs in the event of reported disputes or safety concerns.

4. Limitation of Liability

Safe facilitates connections but is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or the quality of care provided by independent professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services rendered by a matched Provider. In medical emergencies, you must contact local emergency services immediately.
